Celery Juice

Wash the celery stalks thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris
Cut the celery into smaller pieces to fit your juicer or blender. If using a juicer, feed the celery pieces through the juicer. If using a blender, add the celery pieces and a small amount of water to blend until smooth.
Add the green apple or cucumber to the juicer or blender for additional flavor. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp, if desired.
