  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 inches knob of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup mango or pineapple chunks
  • 1/8 tbsp ground black paper
  • 1/2 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 3/4 glass of organic non-dairy milk such as organic almond milk or organic coconut milk
