How to make strawberry juice

- 2 cups of fresh strawberries,

- 1/2 honey

Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Hull them by removing the green leaves and stems.
Blend the Strawberries: Place the hulled strawberries and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter juice, add brown sugar or honey to taste and blend until well mixed.
Strain the Juice: Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher to remove the pulp. Press down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
