  • 1 Cup of organic ozro pasta
  • 1/2 Onion diced
  • 50 gram Tomato cherry diced
  • 1 Organic olive oil
  • 1/4 Green bell paper diced
  • 1 tbsp Organic tahini
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill or dry one To garnish
  • 1/2 Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Organic black paper
  • 1/2 tbsp Organic pink salt
  • 1 Cucumber diced

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Orzo:
    In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and add the organic orzo pasta. Cook according to package instructions until it is done. Drain and set aside.
